Eddie built a global IT consultancy from the ground up and led it through to a successful exit — the full arc of the founder-led businesses Alphen Hill backs. He brings that first-hand experience of scaling a services business across international markets to how the firm grows the companies it acquires: commercial strategy, operational discipline and the leadership that turns a strong market position into a durable one.
A chartered accountant and CFO-level operator whose career spans capital markets and investment management — including ICAP, ADS Securities and 10X Investments. He leads capital allocation, finance and governance, and has both run businesses and structured the transactions that grow them.
